Elder Antwoine Thomas Sr.'s spiritual journey began at Pentecostal Power Church in 1988 he was baptized in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In 1994, he received the gift of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues as described in Acts 2:38 at Bethesda Temple Church in St. Louis.
Elder Thomas's faith journey continued with his marriage to Missionary Kenya Thomas in 1997. During this time, both were actively involved at Pentecostal Power Church under the leadership of Assistant Presiding Bishop Charles H. Webb Sr. and Elect Lady LaVerne Webb. Missionary Kenya was baptized in Jesus' Name and received the Holy Ghost in June of 1994. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychological and Brain Science from Washington University in St. Louis and is currently pursuing further biblical certifications.
In 2000, Elder Thomas was called to the ministry and returned to Bethesda Temple Church in St. Louis and was a member of the Bethesda Temple Ministerial Alliance under the leadership of the late Bishop James A. Johnson, former Presiding Bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of The World. There, he received ministerial training and fellowship papers under the guidance of Bishop James A. Johnson. Additionally, he attended Bethesda Temple Bible Institute and he also earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. Elder Thomas has been a successful business owner for over 25 years. After rejoining Pentecostal Power Church in 2005, Elder Thomas continued to serve faithfully and was ordained as an Elder in 2009 in the Pentecostal Power Churches Inc.
In 2024, after extensive prayer and seeking God for divine direction, Elder Thomas embraced his calling to the pastoral office. He is now the founder and pastor of Everlasting Apostolic Church (EAC) in St. Louis, Missouri with his devoted wife of 26 years, Elect Lady Kenya Thomas, and their six children (Paris, Antwoine Jr., Kenneth, Mariah, Brandon, and Destini).
In this new chapter, Elder Thomas is committed to feeding and guiding Everlasting Apostolic Church with the same unwavering faith and dedication that has marked his journey. Embracing the wisdom of Ecclesiastes 3:1, "To everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven," he seeks to lead with grace and discernment. Under his leadership, the church aims to foster a vibrant community grounded in spiritual growth and compassionate service. With his family by his side and a steadfast reliance on prayer and scripture, Elder Thomas is devoted to fulfilling his pastoral mission and serving the needs of his congregation with grace and wisdom.
